To the board members,

I firmly believe that ISM is one of the rare schools in the world which has already developed (and still developing) an unique, friendly, competitive environment ? Passionate teachers ready to provide the best education to the students, determined students filled with hopes and dreams, and other faculty members proud to be the stairs of the student's future.

Whatever happened in the past, I humbly request the board to remove all the mixed emotions dwelling inside, and to take great consideration of the full-scale damage that would cause if this continues. Not only the student's future is at stake, but also the effort of every members of ISM who devoted their time building the foundation of ISM from scratch. For those who already have children of their own, I would just like to remind everyone that you are the role model, the actions you make will reflect back to your children. I believe that all parents want to give the best to their children, and become the proudest parents.

It is never too late to admit the mistakes you have committed ? just apologize sincerely, and accept the consequences. There are still ample of opportunities to prove what you really are and gain back people's trust. But the worst of all is not confronting it.

Face it now, because sooner or later, you'll have to face it in the future. Even though this is just my second year in ISM, with full sincerity, I personally think that ISM is one of the rarest jewels in the world. Not only it reaches high standard of education, but most important of all is the character development of the individuals within the community. ISM is not perfect, but it continues to reach for perfection.

As the board of trustees, please come up with a decision that is best for you, your family, and the ISM community.

Sincerely yours,
